Good reception and check-in.Just a few extras would have made this good apart-hotel an excellent one- namely; a bar of soap in the bathroom as the dispensers were out of reach of anyone actually IN the bath; a shelf in the shower room to enable guests to put a toilet bag down-- there was nowhere except the toilet seat on which to put anything; and clearer instructions about appliances in the kitchen, e.g., dishwasher controls.Overall, we were very satisfied, and these comments are meant to help, not to criticise too severely.
No, it was adequate for our needs, and we were comfortable during our stay--excellent beds.

I absolutely loved this hotel! the location is spot on - it's so near the train station that you can easily walk there in a few minutes. Plus, it's conveniently close to the local night market and other attractions, so you'll never run out of things to explore.
All was more than satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

The hotel location was excellent I couldn’t fault it, ideal for shopping and nightlife. The apartment its self was very well equipped and had everything you would want. Only one thing there was no dishwasher detergent but thats a really minor thing.
The only down side to this hotel are the very creaky floorboards and we were worried coming in late at night that we might disturb other guests.

This hotel is a great value for money, offering affordable prices without compromising on quality. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, such as carpeting, added a touch of comfort. Moreover, the hotel's location near Yilan station made it convenient to find places to eat and explore the city.
Everything was satisfactory.

Location
WE stayed for 2 nights however there was no cleaning service during our stay. I would expect a cleaning service and breakfast basket /toiletries renewal

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the affordable price and the friendly staff at check-in. The location is also ideal, with easy access to the night market and various restaurants in the area. the included fast food voucher for breakfast was a nice touch.
The room had its drawbacks. The curtain did not block out the light effectively, which made it challenging to sleep in.

The location of the apartment was excellent. The apartment was very spacious. The views from our apartment were great.
Please note that we actually stayed in a premium 2 br. The staff were not receptive to our requests. We reported problems with the apartment on two separate occasions which were noted by staff but nothing was done. Also, the apartment lacked attention to detail. There were no toilet brushes in either bathroom and the kitchen was not adequately equipped (no tongs and minimal utensils, no oven trays, no oven mits, no kitchen sponge). Although these are minor things if Blue Rainbow are marketing themselves as self-catering, they need to pay attention to these details. If Blue rainbow are currently refurbishing there rooms,it would be a good idea to invest in double glazed windows as the noise from Queen Street kept us awake on both night

Rooms were really good value for money. Nice touches of flowers and chocolates and the breakfast pack was added bonus. The apartments were really central. I booked four apartments for 15 people and we had a great time...no complaints and many people will book again with families.

We loved the hotel's proximity to the train station - it's just a few steps away! This made it extremely convenient for us to explore this city by bus. There were also many eateries nearby, including fast food places like McDonald's and a fantastic fried chicken joint called 胖老爹. The hotel was clean and well-maintained with good facilities for a short stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk during the day shift. We received great recommendations from her about places to visit and things to do in the city.
Nothing not to love.

We thought it was the best value of all hotels we stayed at in UK. It was a studio, so had a stove and fridge, etc., yet cost less than smaller places we stayed. Because the price was so much less, and we had little experience, in the UK, we were afraid the room would not be nice. Then it turned out to be wonderful! It was nice and spacious, the bed was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was great because it had a full bathtub which we had missed elsewhere in UK. It had everything we could need.
It was hard to find a light switch for the bathroom.

The staff really tried to help out when the airports were closed due to the Volcano. The design of the room/suite was very good, comfortable bed and large bath were good features. The kitchen was very workable.
The room could have been cleaner - carpets, and there were marks on the wall. One of the lights in the bath was not working.
